Tracking Package
- After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes a few days(within 3-5 business days) for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently.
- Due to the special nature of international transportation, the update of package information will be delayed. When the package leaves the shipping country, the detailed tracking information will generally be updated when it arrives at the destination country.
Lost Package/Unusual Package
- In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, Nohon will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: service@nohon.co
- Nohon will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order
- If you purchase multiple items in one order, Nohon will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
